Headquartered in Pingshan District, Shenzhen, the company has a factory covering an area of 4,000 square meters, including an 800-square-meter Class 100,000 clean workshop and a 150-square-meter Class 10,000 laboratory. To better serve customers, a branch was established in Fuzhou, Jiangxi Province in August 2022. The Jiangxi branch covers a factory area of 12,000 square meters, equipped with a 2,000-square-meter Class 100,000 clean workshop.
The company is equipped with advanced production equipment, including solid silicone vulcanizing molding machines, liquid silicone vulcanizing molding machines, silicone transfer molding machines, extruders, CCD full-inspection machines, automatic ultrasonic cleaning machines and high-temperature steam sterilization equipment. It also possesses testing equipment such as vulcameters, tensile testing machines, constant temperature and humidity chambers, and rapid vision measuring machines.
The core staff of the company has more than 20 years of working experience in product development, mold design, material formulation and production quality management, and has a foundation of OEM and ODM cooperation with a number of Fortune Global 500 enterprises.
The company has passed IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 13485:2016 certifications. It can conduct material selection, structural design and development according to different customer requirements.
